HOOS FOR PUERTO RICO

Two weeks after being hit by Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico is still struggling to pick themselves up. Nearly 90% of the island is still without power. The country estimates an expense of $5 billion to repair the island's electric transmission and distribution system.  Puerto Rico was already struggling economically before this natural disaster. We are currently raising money to send to Puerto Rico through a Generosity campaign, PayPal account, and through our Venmo: @tblaatuva. Please help us in our efforts to provide relief and aid to those in PR.

HOOS

FOR

MEXICO

On September 7th and 19, an 8.2  and 7.1 magnitude earthquake, respectively, struck Mexico. One of the earthquakes was off the coast of Chiapas, a state in southern Mexico, and the other one  struck central Mexico, near Puebla and Mexico City. There are over 16,000 buildings/homes destroyed, thousands of people injured and hundreds of people killed.

We are currently raising funds through a Generosity campaign, PayPal account, and through Venmo @tblaatuva. 100% of the funds we collect will be directed towards the Mexican Red Cross.

HOOS FOR ECUADOR

Last year Ecuador was hit by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake. The death toll was over 400 people in a rural and poor community of the country.

Ecuadorian students from TBLA raised funds around campus and through a GoFundMe page, and they managed to raise over $1000 on aid.
